This Privacy Policy explains how Aysen Information Solutions, LLC (“Aysen,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website and our internal finance application (the “App”), including its connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Who the App is for
The App is a private, internal tool. It is used only by Aysen and its authorized personnel to support internal accounting, reporting, and finance operations. It is not offered to the public or to third-party QuickBooks customers.
Information we access
When an authorized user connects the App to a QuickBooks Online company, the App may access accounting data made available through the Intuit API, such as:
- Company profile information
- Chart of accounts, journal entries, and financial reports
- Customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and payments
- OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection active
We also receive basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of normal web server operation.
How we use information
We use QuickBooks data only to perform internal finance work for Aysen, such as reconciliation, reporting, analysis, and bookkeeping. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to our own finance operations.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. We share information only with service providers that host or operate the App on our behalf and are bound to protect it, with our professional advisors (such as accountants) when needed, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access credentials and OAuth tokens are stored securely and are available only to authorized personnel. We limit access to the minimum needed to do the work.
Retention and disconnecting
We keep data only as long as needed for internal finance and record-keeping purposes, or as required by law. An authorized user can disconnect the App from QuickBooks at any time, either within the App or from the QuickBooks Online Apps settings. Disconnecting revokes the App’s access, and we delete the stored OAuth tokens.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies for logged-in administrators.
