This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Aysen Information Solutions, LLC (“Aysen,” “we,” “us”) and each person authorized by Aysen to use our internal finance application (the “App”). By connecting to or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Internal use only
The App is a private tool built for Aysen’s internal accounting and finance operations. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public. Only Aysen and people Aysen has authorized may use it.
2. License
Aysen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to perform finance work on behalf of Aysen. Aysen may end this license at any time.
3. Restrictions
You may not share your access with others, copy or redistribute the App, use it for anyone other than Aysen, attempt to bypass its security, or use it in any way that violates the law or Intuit’s terms of service.
4. QuickBooks connection
The App connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API with the permission of an authorized QuickBooks user. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit’s own terms. The connection can be removed at any time from the App or from the QuickBooks Online Apps settings. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made or endorsed by Intuit.
5. Data and privacy
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.
6. Ownership
Aysen owns the App and all rights in it. Financial data belongs to the company it describes. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of either to you.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aysen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
Your right to use the App ends automatically when your authorization from Aysen ends or if you break this Agreement.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Aysen Information Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new version.
